nah.. i tell you, those boots really make your feet sore..
especially during marchings, so i suggest you wear double socks...
there was even a time gne na i wore 3 socks! hahahaha....

Tips for C.A.T. Practicum (thanks to Toti xD):

When to use "Kad" and "Na":

"Kad" - from halt position to movement.
Example: Pasulong, kad; Pasulong pabalik, kad. etc

"Na" - movement to movement, tumalikod.
Example: (while marching) Pabalik, na; Liko sa kanan/kaliwa, na, tumalikod na. etc

When to Command Commands (Lol )
Command the ff. when right foot steps/touches ground:
Pabalik, na; Hinto; Liko sa kanan, na; Kanang panig, na etc..

And when the left foot steps for the ff:
Kaliwang panig, na; Liko sa kaliwa, na.

Sequence:
1. Humanda
2. The Rests:
- Tikas Pahinga
- Tindig Paluwag
- Paluwag
3. Facings:
- Harap sa kanan, harap - 2x
- Tumalikod, na
- Harap sa kaliwa, harap - 2x
- Tumalikod, na
4. Marchings. I don't know if there's a sequence for the marching. xD

and

"Po, ang suliranin ay lutas na!"
